Will you be building new quarters?
The plan consists of the demolition and replacement of 600 homes, building an additional 360 homes, and renovation of all other homes.

Who exactly is doing the work?
This project is a joint venture between Equity Residential and Lincoln Properties. Combined, these companies have 300,000 homes managed nationwide. 10,000 of these homes are in the Pacific Northwest. In addition 3 subcontractors are also working on the project: Hudson River Associates (Historic Properties), Urban Design Associates, and Sundt Construction Company.

What is the vision for Lewis-McChord Family Housing?
The vision is to transform the existing military housing areas into planned and integrated residential communities that foster a high quality of life, while preserving the existing military culture of Lewis-McChord.
