Refer to Pages 13 and 14 of the Resident Handbook 1. Size: The area enclosed will not exceed the lawn area directly in back of your home and shall not block access to the dual use clothesline where one clothesline serves two or more homes. Maximum height of fence permitted shall be 48 inches. Posts shall be no larger than 4 inches in cross section or taller than fence. 2. Type of Fence: Wood Bound Fence Pickets are 2" wide and are spaced 1 1/2" apart. Steel fence posts are 5'6" in length and are driven 2' into ground, flush with pickets. Posts are spaced 6'0" on center. Welded Wire Fence Shall consist of good quality wire (not barbed) or factory manufactured wood picket and be erected and maintained in straight lines, with wire or pickets kept tight. Posts shall be driven to sufficient depth and braced as necessary to provide firm support and vertically plum appearance. No attachment to the building will be permitted. Wire shall be factory finished galvanizing, cadmium, or other plating process. Wood Picket Fence Wood used in fence shall be painted or stained to match principal wood portions of the house.
