Satellite dishes and antennas are permitted only with prior approval from
Lewis-McChord Communities.
Prior to installation, you will be required to sign a Satellite Dish/Antenna
Addendum.
Dishes and/or antennas may not be attached in any way to the home or storage
sheds, including the roof. No holes of any kind can be drilled in any
exterior walls, window frames, balcony railings or roof. You may use the
tripod-designed stands made for such purposes to "install" dishes
or antennas.
In general, the dish may not exceed one (1) meter, which is approximately
3.3 feet in diameter, and is restricted to Direct Broadcasting System
(DBS) dishes, or as otherwise permitted by FCC Order 98-273. Only one
dish may be installed; it can receive, but not transmit, signals. Please
see your Village Manager if you need assistance with these guidelines.
Lewis-McChord Communities has no obligation to perform maintenance on any
portion of the satellite dish, antenna or its supporting systems.
